Dual-layer transition control?

Post by daniel »

I have now my first need to make a dual-layer (8.5GB) DVDR.

Of course I never paid attention until now about DL subjects.
And suddenly I think I have read about the layer change point but for the life of me can't find where nor what it was really.
And it could have been for MSP, or DVDMF or a non-Ulead program...

Is there any option in VS10 to select layer 1/layer 2, or where to switch?
Or if not, how does VS decide to do the cut? Hopefully not in the middle of a title.
Nothing found in menus, buttons, cog wheels, help or manual, but I perhaps didn't search the right spot.

It's done by the burning engine itself, and should not effect the titles.

If you want to set the layer break by yourself, you need Ulead DVD WorkShop to author the DVD.

Thanks, I must have read something in the DVDWS forum then.
As long as it's between titles, and we have no control, then I don't care.
