I do have some hope...
Corel is buying Intervideo/Ulead, and I hope that they give us something like Workshop 3. But, that could be a year from now.
Intervideo and Ulead seem to mostly focus on the low end and download-sales market, whereas Corel seems to be more focused on middle to high-end retail-boxed software.
