Force First Play in DVD Workshop not happening

Just road testing DVD W2... so far so good, head and shoulders above other apps for what i'm trying to do.... pro looking DVD using pre-encoded mpgs,

Basically, I really like the idea of playing a 5 sec company logo animation thing prior to the main menu appearing.

In reality, after I have burnt the DVD and check it back it only seems to do this when played back on my PC, not in my DVD deck through the TV.

Is this just down to the fact that there are so many flavours of DVD player out there? Any help would be much appreciated... almost at the end of weeks of tinkering!

The only explanation I can think of is that your logo was encoded at too high a bitrate: many DVD players cannot handle anything higher than ~7000 kbit/s (combined video and audio). Have you tried it in another player?
