No sound when importing DVDs

I am using VS9 and when I try to import DVDs, there is no audio. My sound controls look fine, and I simply don't know what's going on. I used to have no problem with importing DVDs. It seems like something changed overnight.

My guess is the audio is AC3 dolby needs to be decoded to MP3 VS 10 has this built in not sure about VS9

If you have VS9SE, it will not have the capacity to process Dolby audio for licensing reasons.
