.mov files in MF4

Hi , i have a small problem with this program, am using version 4 of movie factory and when i export flash 8 files into .mov from a mac it will use the file fine but when i do the exact same thing from a pc and try and use the .mov file it doesnt work. Any advice is appreciated.
