Modifying Photo Properties (v 7.0)

I am running Photo Explorer 7.0 and am curious if there is a way to modify or eliminate the information contained in Photo Properties. There are times when I don't necessarily want other people to know what brand and kind of camera gear I use. Any ideas? Thanks!
