extra content won't download

I have tried to download the extra content files associated with cool 3D Production Studio and each time get internet explorer page saying it could not download file.

I have no clue what to do to avoid this porblem Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Photoman ... what did you find out on where to go to get the components?
The site won't allow me to d/l them either. Getting to tech support is a joke.

I found that by pasting the link directly into "Getright"
http://www.getright.com/
You are able to download the extra content files.
