How can you insert a Video and have all Titles Adjust

Is there any way to insert a video or image and have the titles automatically adjust to the right? When this happens the Titles are complely out of synce with their original placement.

I am relatively new to Videostudlio so sorry if this is a basic question with an easy answer? I just cannot figure out how to do this with on-line help and tutorials.

Sorry Ivan but everything, including the video overlay track, both sound tracks, all custom rubberbanding of the volume controls, titles, lose sync with the main video track when you delete or edit a video clip in the timeline.

You can, however, select items in these other tracks as a group (Select then Shift-Click) and drag them back into position. This operation is very slow, so wait for everything you selected to highlight before dragging. It is also very twitchy for large projects.

I believe another option might be to "create video file" incorporating all the titles, etc., and then return to the board and add video to the newly created file.

I've done this, but I won't again, because too often I had second thoughts about some of my titles etc, but no longer had the option of changing them.
