Does anyone know if there is a connection between the two. Does VS 10 have any dependency on Internet Explorer? I downloaded the beta version of IE7 some months ago and it had affected VS 10. Once I removed IE7, all was OK. It might have simply been a malfunctioning beta, but I don't know.

I have IE7 final release (build 7.0.5730.11) and it seems no problem with my VS 10 Plus.
