PhotoImpact 12 - Where are Templates?

I just downloaded and installed the full paid version of PhotoImpact 12. I went into the EasyPallette to use one of the Blog templates. When trying to use any of the templates I get the following:

Cannot locate the following files -C:\Program Files\...\OBJT0009.UFO.

It wants me to use a Browse control to locate it. Where are the files located and what do I do to have the program recognize them?

I figured out my problem. I had only downloaded the main program and needed to download the other components.
