A friend of mine uses VideoStudio 9, and when she works on a project and when trying to save it, it goes to a blue screen and shuts down her whole computer.
This has happened before, so she uninstalled the program and re-installed it. It was fine for awhile, but now it is happening again. V9 has been on her pc for about a month.
Her computer is a Windows SP2.
What could be causing this, and how can it be fixed?
