VideoStudio 10Plus Freezes or Closes Down

Yes, I have downloaded the Service Pack 1 & Installed it but it does not make any difference.
When I load the files to burn, add chapters the file is 3.73 GB Enter "Burn" and after about 1 hour and 35 minutes (completio 33-42%)
the program eigther freezes or "encountered problems" and closes down. It does not happen in the same spot!
When Ulead freezes "cancel" button works but nothing happens. All other progrums are able to run on top of Ulead, the computer is not affected, only Ulead.
Has anyone had this problem?
Is this slow speed normal? If fals after 90 min yet competion is only 33%
What am I trying to say is that a 3.72 GB file if run to completion would take 3x90 minutes which is 4 & 1/2 hours - wow!
Please help on freezing subject.
