Got error report ?

On PS 4 dont know why i am getting the following error report ? :
"TYPEFACE CATANED BT NOT FOUND "
I click on OK , but the error feport keeps popping up , can't seem to get rid of the message , It freezes the program ?

I seem to recall getting a similar error some time ago. If I recall correctly I had to download the font (from one of the free font sites) and reinstall it in Windows to correct the problem. It's been a while but that's my recollection. Hope it helps! BTW, if you can't find or don't have Cataneo BT on your system let me know and I can E you the file.

Thanks Mike for your suggestion, I did go to Control Panel / Fonts and I found the font Cataneo BT in the list , SoHow do I get it in the Ulead system , so it will recognize it and I can use the program ? Thanks Rick

I wish I could remember the specific details but as I recall, re-installing the font did the trick for me. An alternate suggestion would be to save a copy of the file (Cataneo BT) and then uninstall it from your font directory. Then reinstall the font (from your saved copy), reboot and check PS4 to see if you're still getting the error. If that doesn't work you could try the repair option (if available) or re-install PS4 and hopefully the font will be properly linked to the program. In the meantime I'll check my PS4 directory and see if there's a font directory or cache of some kind but I don't recall this being the case. Lemme know how it goes.

Hey Mike , thanks for your suggestion . It worked . What I did was go to my laptop and to fonts and to Cataneo BT font . Copied and then pasted it into this desktop fonts list , deleted the old one , then tried the PS4 program and it now works fine , Thanks a million for your advice , I am back in business . Rick
