You will probably get a variety of answers on this. For what it is worth, I belong to the 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' school. In other words, if you have been having the sort of problem with VS10 that the SP was brought out to fix, then by all means install it. But if you have not been having problems, then I for one would not bother installing the SP.
