How to create more menus in VS10?

I think Ulead VideoStudio10 is a great program for the amateur user! However, I now want to do more with it. I want to be able to create my own menus and chapters. I have PhotoImpact10. Can I create menus and chapters in PhotoImpact10 and import them into VS10? Do I need to download some software to be able to do this?

I also saw that Animation Factory was selling a cd/dvd with video backgrounds. Can these backgrounds be used in VS10, or is Ulead going to produce more video backgrounds?.[/b]

I have the Animation Factory CD's with the video backgrounds and
they work great with VS10.
