DV to DVD Capture -- VS9

When I select the option to Capture video from my DV JVC (firewire port)
selecting the snap shot(clips) or frame capture first it will capture about 50 frames during this process then when its finished, I select Next then it start capturing the video from the camera for each frame clip that it pull in before, after it get to about 16 minutes through the will freeze and stop pulling in the video from each frame clip. I will need to End Task to exit VS9.
I've reboot several time, and reinstalled also.
I usually will stop capturing between 10min - 16min and freeze.
If I select just to capture the full video from the camera without the clips if work fine.
