Hi all,
Well, just when you think you're home and hosed, the next to last hurdle has been encountered.
The project is finished, and I was adding two Title windows at the end of the project, which is now 1 hour 55mins 12 secs long.
I must've done something that I'm not aware of in VS 10+, because in the Timeline mode, now there is a red line just above the Chapter Point Bar area, and when I go to Project play to review the animations etc at the end, the red line finishes just before the end of the first of the two Title windows, and the playback stops there also.
This happens whether I playback in either Timeline or Storyboard mode, but the red line is only visible in Timeline mode.
I can manually click onto the second Title window, thus bypassing that red line, and the second Title window plays back perfectly, but if I play the project from, say, a minute before the end of that red line, it will stop where the red line stops and it will not keep playing to the actual end of the project!!!
Can someone please help me unclick or fix what I might have done so that the red line goes away and I can get back to the
project playback window and preview the project in its entireity before I burn this to DVD?
I need to get this project burned and done before closing time this evening, which doesn't give me a whole lot of time left.
Sorry for this short notice rushed request.
Thank you very much in anticipation,
chuk

Again, I'm a bit out of my depth here since I don't use VS. The red line indicates the preview selection.
In the preview window, check the selected preview range. You might find that you have set the out mark where your red line finishes on the time line. Push the selector further and confirm the new selection. That should do it (I hope)

Heinz!
Your blood is worth bottling! You haven't even got the program and you're offering solutions .. too good mate.
If I could reach 1/10th that knowledge, I wouldn't have to bother you all as much, but I'm proud of my first effort with VS 10+, and it is thanks to you and others who've greatly assisted me in this initial effort, that the finished product is to as high a standard as it is.
Thank you once again heinz!
Kind regards,
chuk.

Glad you got it working mate, enjoy.
With every project you finish from now on, your expertise will grow also. Don't be shy to offer advice here, even if you are not 100% (I wasn't). To someone in need, a quick answer, even if not 100% correct, is better than no answer at all and might even point the user in the right direction.
I hope we shall see you around here in future also, not because you need help but rather because you might be able to offer some.
