Unable to open file/error message

Hi, I'm using Pictureshow 3 Deluxe and all of a sudden when I try to open my project a message comes up saying it cannot open all of project due to insufficent memory or system resources low. The whole project will open but when I go to add text or pictures, and error message comes up and program closes. Please help me, its so frustrating!!

The error code that pops up when opening a project is: u32Cfg

Please list your problem in the format as in http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8964

And there is a update pack for DVD PictureShow 3 about this u32cfg error (check http://www.ulead.com/tech/dps/dps_ftp_30.htm and you will see some text as "Fixed the problem that the program could not run on Windows 2000 Professional SP4 with Norton Antivirus System Works 2003"), download the update pack and see if it fixes.

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately, it didnt work and I still cant add photos without the program closing.
