2 Questions - Navagation Buttons - Audio

#1). Not real clear what the arrow navagation button is for when creating disks with VS10+. I assume it's to go to a submenu if you have one. ??
I selected "hide object" but it still shows up on the final DVD.
My DVD's consist of a main menu with individual clips. When each clip finishes I have it set to go back to the main menu.

#2) Is there an audio eq function in VS10+? Some of the material I shot I would like to turn up the bass a little.
