problem copying DVD discs produced in DVDWS2

Hello everyone,

I hope that someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I'm using DVDWS2 to burn DVDs from .avi files (or more specifically DV-AVI format). I always use the files to produced the DVDs in the same manner, and yet sometimes I can use Nero to successfully burn copies of this "original" DVD, while other times I get an error message from Nero, saying, "burning process failed". The discs produced using DVDWS2 all seems to playback fine on a DVD player and yet some of them cannot be used to make copies. I also tried to copy the files from the DVD over by making a "data disc" in Nero, and while trying to do this, the program suggested that the disc contains errors on it and the copied disc produced would not play correctly.

I make an .iso file every time and can use this to make more copies, however to use the file is impractical for me, as I need a disc for someone else to produce multiple copies elsewhere.

Any comments would be most appreciated.

This seems to be a Nero issue.
