Try the following packs.

Ulead CD/DVD Burning Engine Pack:
http://www.ulead.com/tech/general/burning_engine.htm

Ulead 16X DVD Burning Pack:
http://www.ulead.com/tech/general/burning_pack.htm

Please install them in order.

Please also tell about the disc media/brand you use.

Hope this helps.

Sorry it didn't work for me. But i discovered that there are no files in:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD directory.

In fact the folder "common files" is emty.

the ulead system folder is located elsewhere, but the is no folder named DVD directory ???
Is this the problem? I installed the program with no changes from default installation dir.

I think it might be the problem. The DVD engine files should be saved in System drive:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD, and all MPEG related engine files should be saved in System drive:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG. Try to reinstall your DVDPS to see if the problem is fixed.

Hope this helps.

Naah.

I have a norwgian version of W2K, and therefore the directory names where changed. I found the directory, and all the files are there. In any case, I DL the zip file and replaced them with the new ones (the zip you linked to), but nothing happened.

I'm clueless.

Please fill the Ulead Tech Support Form (U.K.) or Ulead Tech Support Form (Gemary) so Ulead can help you on this problem.

You will be required to register as a Ulead Member by using your e-mail address and the serial number of your Ulead product. Please use an non-free e-mail address when you create the member profile and add the virtual Ulead Tech Support account ts_reply@ulead.com.tw to the safe sender list in your e-mail program/service because some e-mail program/service will recognize the account as a spam sender.

Please make sure the e-mail address you fill in the form is correct so Ulead can reach you.

Hope this helps.
