PI 12 Button Designer always disabled?

From the menu Web | Button Designer

Both sub menu items (Any Shape... and Rectangular) are grayed out??

How do I get to the button designer?

It doesn't create a button what it does is converts an existing object to become a button.

Simply select an object whether it be a simple circle or something elaborate such as "The Temple" from the
Easy Pallette | Inmage | Buildings collection.

Now you will find the Web | Button Designer is no longer greyed out.
