I want to make a "scene selection" menu with bunch of chapters from a single file?
I know you can accomplish by cutting scene by scene. What I really want is that some chapter points that link to the position of that single file.
Example:
add any position you want from that file to that chapter list. In the scene selection menu, would scene file just links directly to that position of that single file.
How to make chapters from a single file?
What version?
What version of DVD WS 2.x are you running? The FULL or EXPRESS version, or a TRIAL version or a version that came bundled with hardware (like an "SE" version)?
What are you source videos? Are they dv .avi, mpeg2, divx, other???

Go to EDIT -> VIDEO. Advance the video to the point where you want the chapter, then click Add Chapter.
Until you advance past the first frame, Add Chapters is grayed-out. That really had me banging my head against the wall when I was using the trial version without a user manual! (After I bought the software I found out that you can download the manual too!)
