Hi,
I am a happy user of Ulead, owning PI, VS10 MF5, PS4 and also DVD Workshop Express 2.
I had a windows crash recently, and had to re-install windows. My programs are mostly ok, as I have backup of those. One program not working is DVD Workshop 2 Express, as when I try to install the special upgrade version, it says cannot find any Ulead product (although VS10 Plus and MF 5 are already installed, PI and PS4 following shortly).
In the message box it says VS8 or MF3 etc must be present... could this be a issue? What if you have a new version of a product? How can I get this to work?
I have contacted TS, but no reply so far.
Thanks in advance
Installation of DVD Workshop Express 2

Please view this link for a list of Ulead products that are acceptable for the purposes of an upgrade:
http://www.ulead.com/store/dws/upgrade.htm#express
The problem with newer versions of those products is that because they didn't exist when you purchased DVD Workshop Express - it is not programmed to look for them.
