hello i am new to video editing, i work at a day centre for people with physical disabilities and we have started a video group.
We use media studio pro 8. We are trying to have a go at stop frame animation, any help and advice how to achieve this using ulead would be a great help, i have tried to video capture and captured still frames, but there is no onion skin option and also i cannot import the background to see what it looks like as i capture the still images.thankyou in advance.

Onionskin etc. are in the Video Paint tool, which is part of VideoGraphics Lab;

Its project files will load into MSPro8, you can export video files or you can save out image sequences that can be loaded in using the *.uis filetype (define the sequence in the MSP8 "Insert Video File/Options" dialog).
