buring to disc question

Post by ajcvideo »

trying to burn on a DVD an .m2p and a folder with some jpeg's. Tried burn now but .m2p does not play on home player but does on PC. I have no idea how to do it in DVDWS2. I have been using DVDWS2 for 3 years but only to burn .m2p.

Much Obliged,
Ara

How exactly did you burn this? Can you give an example of the DVD contents when viewed in WinExplorer?

Do you just have the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders or is there more?

Just got an answer. In advance settings you cann add a folder. I just burned successfully. I do have one more question, cann you add two folders or files?
To answer your question, I used burn now and did not have video or audio ts folders. I just copied to the disc, but all is fine now.

Must be a mighty good DVD player, mine wouldn't do it I'm sure.

Glad you worked it out. As long as you don't want to share it with others.

I was referring to your DVD. I don't think there would be too many DVD players that would be able to play a DVD disk as you describe, that's all. I have got one that plays jpeg images straight but daubt (never tried it) that it will play a straight mpeg file from the same disk.

The only reason why I want to put the jpeg's on the disk is to give the client their pictures that I scanned for them for the photo montage. Nothing magical about what I was asking in my original post. Iam greatful that I got an answer on how to accomplish the task and for that I say thanks to all.
