Unable to burn Dual layer

I m hoping somebody can help me Im using MF5 buring onto a dual layer single sided disc , my problem is when MF is about to get ready to burn i get an error message telling me ( Some Chapter entry frame numbers exceed the total frames). not to forget to mention i also have the chapters joined . I have updated with the available patches.

If this happens sometimes it will be fixed by re-arranging the title clip order. Maybe you can give it a try?

Funny thing is a I can burn the whole project onto a regular DVD with no errors but as soon as i try to burn it onto DL DVD i get this error so i dont that i dont think the files are corrupted ?
