Bugs in uvs8? Windows Millennium vs Windows XP

Has anyone noticed uvs8 seems to have fewer bugs when working in windows millennium as opposed to working in windows xp?

No. What makes you say that? Can you give an example of a bug that exists under XP but not under ME?
