I have just purchased VS10. I downloaded per instruction; but, when I try to execute the downloaded file, I get the following error "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted". I have downloaded the file twice with the same result.
Anyone else having this problem ?

Was it the main program file or the content file? A lot of people, myself included, have had trouble with the latter, and it seems as though the corruption was at the Ulead or its supplier's end... We are still waiting (since April), though more recently some people say they have successfully downloaded it. But I have not heard of people having trouble with the main program download file. Did you use a download manager when you downloaded it? Many people recommend this...

1) Yes, it was the main program file (vs10_e.exe, size 137,095 kb).
2) Yes, I use a download manager (GetRight).

I have already retried downloading and had the same result. I have also filled out the Customer Service form (since I have not successfuly installed, I do not have a SN; so, I can not contact Technical Support).
