Menu Button Can't be Moved

Ive been using DVD Worksop for years now without any problems.

But recently when i am creating a menu and i drag a button on to the background, as soon as i let go of it, it cant be moved or re sized at all, it just sticks where i have put it.

I can still add links to the button and it still works, i just cant move or re size it.

Any ideas??

Have you tried making a brand new project from scratch and trying again?
Is the result the same?

Hi,
Yes i have, i've tried everything, re installing the programme, making new projects etc.

Everything i add to the menu background just sticks where it is, and cant be altered, even text does it.

Sounds like a job for the re-installation procedure as shown here.

Thanks for that, just tried it and its still the same.

Must be a PC problem, any ideas?
