In Movie Factory 5, you can add a motion filter that makes bubbles appear to go up your menu screen.. I am doing a bithday.. I WANT to be able to add more text ON TOP of an overlay in MF5.. but this can't be done.. I CAN add more text in DVDW2.. BUT.. can I do the bubbles motion filter? There is also one with snow falling.. can I add those to DVD W2?

In short, no! WS2 is an authoring application, not an editing one. Such effects must be done before importing into WS2.
