no delay!

Post by lakewud »

a simply query for i hope a simple answer...i have looked and tried in vein for myself btw.

All i want to be able to do is for eg, have a ..transition fade/pop up on screen and then move away again..ok so no probs there..but this image keeps on pausing before going away...so..how do i get something to simply move on screen - no pause - and then move off again. On some titles for example i know their is a 'pause' 'no pause' etc button..but i cant seem to find one for whatever image i plan to put on screen.

Kill to birds with one stone so to speak...

That cutting tool! Well...i dont use it... but should i be?...instead just editing the clips i want using that multi edit button. As im still experimenting..and yet to actually venture into the realms of putting a proper movie together...will i come unstuck if i continue to simply ignore that scissors icon? So far..so good..my edits seem fine..ok, so occassionally it is easy to accidently drag open my edited piece only to reveal the rest of the footage i didnt want...but easy enough to resolve.

Put the image in the overlay track and use the attribute tab to set the incoming and outgoing direction. When the image is selected in the timeline, you will see a bar under the preview window. This is the pause time and you can adjust it by sliding the end tabs.
Now using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
