MP4/Quicktime Plugin

I have VS9 and im trying to edit a mp4 video but dont have the plugin, can somebody help me out? thanks

In a word, no. The plug-in is free to registered owners of VS9. But it comes as part of VS10+ so you could always upgrade to that.
