I have PI XL. When I have one file open and then open another file PI crashes. It has been working fine up until today. What could have happened? I have done a virus scan (PC-cillin) and the PC is clean. I thought it might be the file size. So I opened a 115kb file and a 110kb file and it still crashed. Can anyone give me an idea how to fix this problem.
Thanks,

Several solutions.
1. Any software installed recently? If so, remove the software to see if it fixes.
2. Use another anti-virus software to scan your system. (I do not like PC-Cillin myself, however, it's my choice)
3. Use some memory diagnose software to check if the memory in the system is still working properly (you can use Google to find the diagnose software). Sometimes a hardware error in the memory will cause strange things happen.
Hope this helps.
