Not reading memory card

Im getting an error message that reads "cannot read any media files from the card reader or disc L:." can anyone help me? thanks

i could get the pics. from the internal memory but not the card. I have a Digitrex DSC-3000 camera.

I'm just curious...if you open Windows Explorer (and/or PEX) can you select the "L:" drive and view the files directly from there?

If that works you can download the pictures from the camera by specifying the Device:\Folder name in the camera download wizard.
