I've been experimenting, but thought I'd ask what works best for you?
A lot of the fonts I use in VS 10+ look a little "fuzzy" around the edges when they are burned to DVD and broadcast on regular TV.
What font and background combinations have you found that give you the sharpest onscreen lettering? What font in particular works best with a black background?
What font and background gives the sharpest onscreen text?

My text is sharp, and I don't think any fonts are worse/better than the next. Are you sure you don't have a border/shadow applied? Doing that can soften the edges.
