Hi,
I find the number of backgrounds and menus of VS10+ a bit limited. Isn't there a website offering more backgrounds for VS10+, preferably in widescreen format?
Thanks in advance!
More backgrounds for menus

Your own
Hi,
I did hope for more packages, that could be free, or e.g. 29.99 for 50 new templates etc, new objects, flash overlays and the likes.
However, I also own Ulead PI 11, and there is a FREE DVD Menu plug-in. This will allow you to create your own Menu background, you can create your own picture, layered objects, masks and the likes. You can then save these as templates also.
For videos, it is a little harder, but you can do it yourself, saving a pre-made video, or use GIF animator or 3D Studio etc, export as video, as Flash. These are all Ulead products, more are available, but I only experimented with Ulead Photo Impact and Gif Animator.

I see the supplied backgrounds as samples. I normally use my own pictures for backgrounds either a shot from my digital camera or a screen grab from somewhere in the video.
It is more interesting to have a background relating to the video rather than some psychedelic pattern.

you don't need PI just to change DVD menus - there is a great deal you can do within VideoStudio to customise the supplied menu templates - changing the background picture is among the simplest of options.
The permutations using the templates supplied without using any external programmes must run into hundreds - even thousands - always been more than enough customisation for me.
