slow gif animation problem

i'm trying to create a gif using a video that i have..

i resize my video and have like 4 seconds of animation

when i go to preview it, it's really slow

i try to change the delay to the lowest possible setting and it's still slow??

any help???

Try decreasing frames. ^_^
