Lack of templates in Movie Factory 5 +

I downloaded the 30 day trial and then purchased Movie Factory 5 Plus. There are only 3 templates available!! From what I can find in online descriptions of the product, there should be over 50 templates. I have sent two help requests to the support line with no answers. I have tried loading the s/w several times.

Questions:
How many templates should have been there?
How can I get a copy of the .ufo and .ini files to reach them?

You should have received 2 links in your purchase confirmation email. One is for the main program, the second is for extra content like templates, and in the past generally has the name similar to contentpak.

Try checking your email again for them..

Great answer, thanks a lot. The download email does not contain instructions on what needs to be executed and in what order. Since I didn't want to load a bunch of other programs, I had ignored the second program.
