Multiple lights no longer functioning

Post by petr »

The video filter "light" no longer supports multiple light sources once I
upgraded to 7.20.1006.

Of course this has to happen as I'm showing a client the work later today.

Anyone else experience this?

Yes, this is a known problem. Ulead has provided a corrected video filter. It is available on the MUG (Mediastudio Pro User's Group) site. Look here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mug-sw/message/48927

Hope that helps.

Send me an email and I'll reply back with the zip file containing the filter.

klowther,

Thanks for your friendly offer, but Robert was faster and sent it directly to me.

So why isn't the fix on the Ulead site? Kind of odd to go to a MUG for a Ulead patch.

Steve,
At MUG, some members are beta-testers and give Ulead their input as a direct line of communication. I do not know why they haven't post this at their website, the new Light.vfx has been updated as of 1-12-05.

Thanks, makes perfect sense. I'll wait for the official patch to be posted on Ulead's site then.
