Moving A Still Image Across A Sceen
Is there a way to control the movement of a still image "on top" of a video. I want to fade photos in aand out and move across a video in VS10. Is there a way to do this?

Hello broo0591,
Yes there is. Drop your image clip onto the Overlay Track, and then click on the Attribute tab of the control panel. There you will find the Direction/Style buttons for the entering and exiting of the clip. You will also find the fade in/fade out buttons. Inside the preview window you can resize the overlay image clip to any size you want, and you can use the black trim handles under the preview window to adjust the enter/exit speed of the overlay image clip and the pause duration of the overlay image clip. The longer the horizontal blue bar is, the longer the pause duration and the faster the clip enters/exits the scene.
