How to access video filters in VS9?

I can't seem to access my video filters in VS9. I thought I used to get to them from the drop down menu to the right of the video preview window. I don't see it there.

I specifically remember seeing the right side of the screen filled with filters. Now I don't know how I did it.

The Help doesn't seem to be much help.

Hello
you can bring them up again by opennning them from videostudio9 folder( normally under program files), if not, the easiest way to restore those missing filters is reinstall the program
