Background Music loops not based on Set Marks

Post by dseps »

Hi,

From the Setup menu, I chose background music and want the complete music to play when a DVD is first put in. Instead, no matter where I place the Set Mark In and Set Mark Out, the music loops and the loop length seems to be linked to the length of the Motion Menu (set at 20 seconds).

Is there a way to delink the Motion Menu length and the length of a background song? I would think the Set Marks would be sufficient.

Thanks, from a newbie.

Hi Dan,

Short answer, No. The longest you can have either a motion menu and/or music is either 20 or 30 secs. I'm not sure if DWS2 is capable of that, as I have never tried or used it. However it offers the most control with creating DVD menus.
