PI-10 obtaining replacement copy of download setup files

I recently bought a new computer and want to reinstall PI10. Unfortunately, I can't find the downloaded install file. I do have my license# and purchase reference from Softwrap. I have written Ulead Customer Service several times trying to get a new copy to which I got only one reply. And I haven't heard back from them after I sent them all the purchase information. I love the program and would like to use it again on my new system! Any recommendations on proceeding?
