MovieFactory 5 plus fails to launch project

Product version: DVD movieFactory 5 Plus Trial
Problem: After working for a few days, the launcher fails to load new project page or anything that i choose from the launcher. This happens after i recode some files with Nero recode(to check compatibility).

Anybody with any ideas of whats going on ? I managed to finish one slideshow dvd project and working on my niece videos when this happens. tried repairing the installation/remove and install ... nothing works. Any help and/or pointers will be very much appreciated.

Hi just wondering if anyone's offered any advise to you ? .... i worked for 3 hours last night and today nothing opens !
