Insufficient memory

I tried to copy transitions from UL9 VFX folder to UL10 Vfx folder.
Now, I cannot drag any transitions onto the timeline in UL 10, a message comes up saying insufficient memory.
UL9 is still working perfectly.
Help, what has happened.
