Replay video in smaller size?

I'm producing a DVD with a wmv clip in it. The wmv file is not particularly high quality. When I view it on the PC with a smaller than full screen window it looks fine, but when I put it in a DVDMF project and burn a DVD it plays back full screen and looks terrible.

Is there any way I can include in a DVDMF project but get it to play back in a smaller than full screen window, so (although it's small!) it looks reasonably OK.

I've tried searching the archives on this, and tried adjusting various settings in DVDMF e.g. I tried changing the Frame Size settings in the MPEG Settings before I imported the clip, but nothing I try has worked so far.

I don't think the full screen playback is a "stretch" setting on my DVD player - it looks the same when I play back the DVD on my PC.

Any advice appreciated.
