Ulead Videostudio 10 plus help with the video line

hello i really need some help i am trying to get my video line to start at the end of my tittle sequance but it just runs behind it from the start of the line. is there anyway to put it at what time you would like it to start or is there anyway to put in empty slots to make up the gap required

I think if I understand your question, you want the video to be to the right of your title. What you need to do is drag a color clip from the libray, and drop it in front of your video clip. This will act as a place holder, keeping the video from rippling to the left. You can adjust the color clip to whatever length needed.
