VS9/VSP files, installing VS10, will they change

Video Card: NT Geoforce 640
Hard_Drive_Capacity: 2 T
Corel programs: VS21 VS18thru21 and more PIX13
Location: Millinocket, Maine

VS9/VSP files, installing VS10, will they change

I backed up the vsp files from vs9, I am wondering when I install VS10, will the recognize the vsp files from vs9?
If they do, then I save from VS10, will the overwrite the VSP files from 9, or make new ones for vs10.
I know some of the templates and other things are different in VS10, just wondering, before I install,
