Just Getting Started

I am looking to buy VideoStudio 10+. I have a Sony DCR-DVD405 that I have both pictures and video on. I would like to make a DVD for the grandparents that has both video and a slide show. Can I make a DVD that has both slideshows and video on it? Is this camcorder detected by VideoStudio? I really want to get going on this, but need to be able to work with what I got. Thanks.

Yes, video and stills can be in the same project - I do it all the time. Why don't you download the trial and give it a spin?

Thanks. I just did. I am hoping this works like it says. I want to generate DVD's for christmas and this looks awsome.
